Your First Visit

Your entire first appointment will take about 90 minutes, and it will all begin with a warm greeting from our front desk team. For the first portion, your dentist will try to gather all the information they can about your dental health using X-rays and intraoral photographs. Then, they will visually examine your teeth, gums, and jaw before performing an oral cancer screening. From there, they will discuss their observations with you and talk about any additional treatments you might require.

Patient Forms

We know that the absolute last thing you want to do is come to our dental office and spend 20 minutes filling out our forms (as important as they might be). You just want to see your dentist! To speed up your check-in process, we’ve now given you the option of filling out our patient forms beforehand. Simply click on the link below, and fill them out online. Our team is happy to accept all PPO dental insurance plans and even file the claims on your behalf. We’ll deal with all of the paperwork while you just sit back, relax, and save.
